Data Deletion Instructions

WD Vilasati LLP respects your privacy. If you have interacted with a WD Vilasati digital service, including Vilasati Engage, you may request deletion of personal data associated with your interaction.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@wdvilasati.com.
  2. Use the subject line Data Deletion Request – Vilasati Engage.
  3. Include the phone number or email address you used to interact with us, and enough information for us to identify the relevant record.
  4. We may ask for reasonable verification before processing a request in order to protect your data from unauthorized deletion.
After verification, WD Vilasati LLP will process eligible deletion requests in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or compliance purposes.
