Read the plan as a daily-living document.
Check arrival sequence, privacy between formal and family spaces, bedroom separation, kitchen and utility planning, storage, balcony usability and circulation. A larger stated area does not automatically mean a more efficient plan.
Ask for the current promoter-issued plan for the exact unit. Marketing visuals and indicative plan images should not replace allotment documents.

Compare two exact units side by side.
Once the preferred plan is identified, compare floor, orientation, tower or phase, current availability and cost sheet. This produces a more useful decision than comparing generic configuration labels.
See the plan in context during a site visit.
Use the site visit to understand access, tower placement, views, circulation and the physical relationship between the plan and the wider development.
